Shipping & Returns
To return or exchange a display simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will contact you within 24 hours to help you out and try to solve your issue. If you still want to return the item, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number and a mailing label if the issue was related to us, for you to return it. Once we've received and processed the returned item, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund. A restocking fee of up to 25% of item's price may apply to items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than the seller’s error.
All refunds are made the same way the payment was made, either through PayPal or credit card.
We do not accept returns of custom medal hangers, however, if there's an issue with your order, please contact us. We are focused on your total satisfaction.
We are currently shipping to the continental US only. Orders are shipped usually within 2-3 days from the purchase date.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Usually, all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order was placed. We will notifiy you via email if your order will take more days to be shipped.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
